**When will my order arrive?**  

It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent. We provide a range of shipping agents in various major cities, and it usually takes from 1 to 3 days from the order confirmation.

**Is there delivery outside the country?**  

Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page. All cities that the shipping company representative reaches are displayed there.

You can request delivery outside the country from the store team via WhatsApp to provide information on the product weight and pricing for international shipping agents that are not currently registered in the store.

**What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?**  

You should refer to the return policy to understand the terms for returns and exchanges. In the case of an agreed return due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping cost for the company will be calculated, as well as the return shipping cost for the customer. However, the product cost will not be charged to the customer according to the return policy.

**I want to order large quantities; is there a discount?**  

The store offers delivery for large quantities upon request, and there is a discount ranging from 10% to 20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the Contact Us page to inquire about quantities and discounce
